Debra Gustafson

Executive Director

Debra has over 20 years of experience working with communities in a variety of local government roles in the Twin Cities, Nevada, California, and Wisconsin. She looks forward to helping the Lex-Ham Community implement positive change and enhance the quality of life for all residents. 

Debra grew up in St. Paul and White Bear Lake. She earned a bachelor’s degree in recreation management from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a master's degree in leadership from Augsburg University. Debra resides with her husband, 6-year-old son, and rescue beagle.
