We are Jacuzzi Puma. We play a bunch of songs we didn't write, but hope you like. You're going to hear us play a bunch of songs most other bands don't dare to touch, and we KNOW you're going to love it.

Yoga in the Park
The Friends of Midway Peace Park and St Paul Parks and Rec present morning yoga in Midway Peace Park! A huge thanks to Tula Yoga on Selby Ave for supporting this event.
Ann Blackburn from Tula Yoga will lead a gentle blend of somatics and yoga. We will be guided through slow, mindful movements to release tension and improve balance and strength. No experience is necessary. Bring a mat or a towel and a water bottle.
This event is free and open to the public!

About the bands:
Consisting of 4 longtime friends and music collaborators (including a Lex-Ham local!), Stone Fruit brings you a set of covers from the indie pop band Peach Pit. With playful upbeat rhythms, guitar-driven melodies, and sun-ripened vocal harmonies that Peach Pit themselves describe as "chewed bubblegum pop", we're sure you'll be grooving and bopping right along with us!
The Lesser Jackson is a classic soul cover band that has been playing together for over 10 years. They put their own spin on classics from Ann Peebles, Merry Clayton, Baby Huey, and Esther Phillips among many others.
Ice Cream Social
Join us for a fun afternoon in the park! A great opportunity to support Lex-Ham and visit with neighbors (and enjoy some delicious Nelson's ice cream!)
Event Schedule:
1:00 pm - Special guest Libby Arnosti, playing from her new children's music album Little Moon
1:30 pm - Music from the Lex-Ham Band
1:45 pm - Kids' water balloon toss
2:30 pm - Bingo (with prizes!)

Movie in the Park
The Friends of Midway Peace Park and St Paul Parks and Rec proudly present the first movie screening in Midway Peace Park!
Disney’s Coco (PG) will begin just after sunset. Bring a blanket or folding chair to enjoy a fun evening with friends & family.

Coco is a 2017 animated fantasy comedy-drama that follows a 12 year old boy in Mexico who seeks the help of his ancestors to restore music and joy to his family.

Ananya Dance Theatre Presents: Our Storied Love
Our neighbors at Ananya will bring dance, song, & movement to Midway Peace Park to foster community peace and joy. We’ll learn a song together, walk through the park, and celebrate our shared community. All are welcome to this free public event. No reservations are required.

Blood Drive
St. Thomas More — 1079 Summit Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104
Supporting the American Red Cross, the annual Lex-Ham Blood Drive is co-hosted this year by St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Though sign-up is encouraged at least a week in advance (slots fill up quickly!), walk-ins are also welcome as time allows. There is a blood shortage right now, so please consider donating!
Spaghetti Dinner
Dunning Rec Center — 1221 Marshall Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104
A cherished tradition in Lex-Ham, the Spaghetti Dinner is a primary fundraiser for LHCC and a great opportunity to gather with neighbors, old and new! This is a pay-what-you-can event with a suggested donation of $10 per adult and $5 per child. A huge thanks to Pizza Luce St. Paul for their support and service of this event.

Portland 4th of July Parade & Social
It’s the 40th Annual Portland Avenue 4th of July Parade and Social! Start time is 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 4, 2025. (Weather permitting)
People are encouraged to decorate bikes, strollers, rollerblades, and other means of transportation to participate in the parade.
Bring a musical instrument to play in the marching (or standing) band.
We'll include our traditional sing-along and the always-a-hit "Human Flag".
Bring something delicious to share with your neighbors.
Starting location is Portland Avenue between Griggs and Dunlap Avenues

Photography Exhibit Reception: Urban Landreman
The Burl Gallery, 308 Prince Street, Suite #130, St Paul, will show one of Urban’s photos as part of its Artistic KALEIDOSCOPE II curated exhibit starting on March 29 and running through May. The artist reception will be 5-8 p.m., Saturday, April 26.
