2025 Updates
As our Community Council continues to grow and improve as a non-profit organization, one of our goals is to streamline our administrative management and processes. A key step in this phase is to update our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Below you will see the proposed changes.
Regarding the Articles of Incorporation, it is a small change to remove the word “the” from our name to align with our IRS Nonprofit Organization registration and filings. This will enable easier management of our finances and tax filings.
Our proposed Bylaws updates are directed at aligning with clearer expectations of Board members, officers and the organization as a whole.
